Fan Content Policy
Foodogeki’s art, characters, names, logo, music, sounds, screenshots and footage belong to Mobivatar Interactive Technologies Private Limited (“Mobivatar”, “we”). We want you to make things with them — videos, streams, fan art, wikis, guides, memes — and this page says what is fine without asking, what is not, and what to do at the edges.
What you may do without asking
- Record, stream and publish gameplay, with your own commentary or without it, on any video or streaming platform.
- Draw, paint, model, animate, cosplay or write about our characters and world, and share it.
- Build and edit fan wikis, guides, tier lists, deck sites and community tools that use our names, art and screenshots.
- Take part in a platform’s own partner or advertising programme on videos and streams of your own making. The platform’s ad revenue on your commentary or gameplay video is fine.
- Use the Foodogeki name and screenshots to say what your content is about.
The conditions
- Non-commercial use of our assets. Do not sell our art, characters or footage, or anything made mostly of them: no merchandise, prints, NFTs, stickers, paid downloads or paid access to the assets themselves. Selling your own original work that is inspired by Foodogeki is a different thing, and fine.
- Do not imply we made it or endorse it. Say it is fan-made if there could be any doubt. Do not use the Foodogeki logo as your own logo, channel icon or brand, and do not use “official” in a name.
- Keep it lawful and in keeping with the Community Guidelines. No hate, no sexual content involving our characters, nothing harmful to minors, and nothing that could be mistaken for a real product, price, odds or offer.
- Do not distribute the Game or its files. No modified clients, no extracted assets as downloadable packs, no private servers.
- Cheats are out. Content that promotes or sells cheating, bots or account trading is not fan content.
Game data on fan sites
Card stats, costs and mechanics change with every update. If you publish them, take them from wiki.foodogeki.com, which is generated from the Game itself, and link back to it. A copied number is out of date within a patch.
What stays ours
This policy is a permission, not a transfer. We keep all rights in our assets, and you keep the rights in what you add. We may change or withdraw this permission, and we may ask you to take down or change content that breaks these conditions; if we do, please act within a reasonable time. We would rather write to you than to a platform, so keep a way to reach you visible.
If you are not sure
Write to tellus@mobivatar.com and tell us what you have in mind. That is also the address for anything commercial — sponsorships, merchandise, events — which needs a separate agreement.
