Community Guidelines
Foodogeki is played against real people, and you can talk to them. These guidelines say what we expect of everyone on the lot, what we do when someone falls short, and how to report or appeal. They apply to chat, emotes, names, clan names and any other text you can type, and to how you play.
The short version
Be kind. Be honest. Play the game as it is built. Argue about decks all you like; do not go after the person.
How to treat other players
- No harassment, threats, abuse or bullying, and no targeting anyone for who they are — race, religion, caste, nationality, gender, sexuality, disability, age or anything else.
- No hate speech and no sexual content. Nothing harmful to minors, ever.
- No sharing of anyone’s personal details — real name, location, contact details, photos — including your own.
- No spam, scams, phishing, or links to anything that is not about the game.
- Names, clan names and custom text follow the same rules. A name that would not be allowed in chat is not allowed as a name.
How to play
- No cheating: no bots, modified clients, automation, or third-party tools that affect gameplay, and no exploiting bugs. If you find a bug, tell us at support@foodogeki.com and do not use it.
- No match-fixing, boosting, or losing on purpose to manipulate matchmaking or leaderboards, and no accounts made to play against weaker opponents.
- One account, yours. Do not buy, sell, rent, gift, trade or advertise accounts, Virtual Items or services for real money.
- Do not impersonate Mobivatar staff or other players.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or interfere with the Game or its servers.
What we do when a rule is broken
Depending on what happened and whether it has happened before, we may issue a warning, mute chat, remove content, roll back progress, suspend the account for a period, or close it permanently. Cheating, real-money trading and anything harmful to minors are the most serious and can lead to permanent closure on the first occasion. When we act against your account, we tell you the reason.
Virtual Items on an account closed for a breach are forfeited, as the Terms of Service state.
Report a player
Use the report option in the Game where one is offered, or write to support@foodogeki.com with your player ID, the other player’s name, the match time and what happened. A screenshot helps. We read every report, and we do not tell the reported player who reported them.
Appeal a decision
If you think we got it wrong, write to support@foodogeki.com within 30 days of the action, with your player ID and why. We review it and reply in writing.
Changes
We may update these guidelines. Material changes are notified in the Game or by email at least 15 days before they take effect, as for the Terms.
