  • Your Foodogeki player ID, if you have one
  • A clear description of the issue, with dates
  • What outcome you are seeking
  • Any supporting screenshots or documents

What happens next

Unlawful content takedown requestsActed upon within 36 hours where the content falls within Rule 3(1)(d)
Requests to remove non-consensual or impersonating imageryActed upon within 24 hours

We will tell you the outcome and the reasons for it in writing.

If you are not satisfied

If your grievance concerns personal data and our response does not resolve it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. You must generally approach us first before the Board will consider a complaint.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may complain to your national supervisory authority or to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Records

We maintain a register of grievances received, the action taken and the date of resolution, retained for one year from the date of resolution.
