Write to support@foodogeki.com with your player ID, your device model and OS version, the Game version, and a screenshot if the problem is visual. The Support page has the full list and our response times.
Game data
Card stats and mechanics are on wiki.foodogeki.com. When a balance change ships, the wiki is regenerated from the Game.
